Where will the sessions take place?All sessions are conducted online for your convenience.

What do I need to prepare before our first session?You'll receive a questionnaire before your first session that takes an in-depth look at your health history and current wellness needs. This enables me to tailor our work specifically to you.

How long is each session?Each session runs for 60 minutes.

What does a typical session look like?Sessions generally follow this structure: Discussion about developments since our last session, including reviewing actions and goals Identifying the session's theme and covering any prepared material Guided meditation to explore what needs transforming in the subconscious (during this time, it's important to find a comfortable space for yourself - you can turn your video off, sit on a chair, lie down, whatever works for you; some people like to have a blanket over them and/or use an eye mask; the more relaxed and comfortable you are the better) Discussion of insights gained from the meditation Planning your next steps and actions

What platform do you use for online sessions?Sessions take place via Google Meet, which provides end-to-end encryption and password protection for your security. Sessions are not recorded unless you specifically request this.

What if I need to reschedule a session?Please give me as much notice as possible, with a minimum of 24 hours. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full session fee.

Will we have a session every week?Most clients schedule weekly sessions. We can adjust the timing if you're travelling or have other commitments, incorporating this flexibility into your personalised plan.

How many sessions are included in the transformational package?The transformational package includes 12 sessions of 60 minutes.

What are your fees and payment options?Investment levels are detailed on the plans/pricing page. Payment plans are available to make the programme more accessible.

What makes your approach different?My approach is truly holistic, addressing the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of our being alongside the spiritual dimension. This integrated method brings together elements often missing from other programmes. To create lasting change, we will be working on clearing energy blocks as well as reprogramming the subconscious. These unseen 'hidden' parts of our being hold a lot of the operating software and without transforming these we will just keep repeating the same patterns subconsciously over and over again.

Will you suggest things I've already tried unsuccessfully?As your coach, I guide you towards discovering solutions that truly work for you. Sometimes previous attempts haven't succeeded because of underlying blocks or resistance. By addressing these obstacles, we can often transform outcomes completely. At other times, certain approaches simply aren't aligned with who you are. The coaching process focuses on finding what genuinely works for you and creating sustainable, long-term change.

What type of meditation do you use?I create bespoke meditations for each session, designed to be accessible whether you're new to meditation or a regular practitioner. Using guided meditation with music, I draw on my 5 years of experience as a meditation teacher to ensure everyone feels comfortable and engaged.

Do you work with other health practitioners?I maintain an excellent network of health providers and can identify specific areas for you to focus on, along with recommending appropriate professionals for additional support when beneficial.

How can I contact you between sessions?You can reach me via WhatsApp between sessions. If you're facing particular challenges, we can arrange an earlier session for additional support.

How do you handle confidentiality?All information shared during our work together remains completely confidential.
