ABOUT ME
My Journey to Wellness
My path to becoming a health coach was born from personal struggle. Growing up with parents who battled depression and suicidal thoughts shaped my early years, eventually leading to my own similar struggles where conventional treatments failed me.
When I discovered alternative healing approaches through spiritual practices and yoga, I began to see improvement—only to face another wave of challenges: losing my father, battling two forms of cancer, and supporting my mother through a stroke before her passing, all within four years.
These experiences left me physically depleted and emotionally broken, with debilitating anxiety and panic attacks.
Through determination, I rebuilt my wellbeing by transforming my physical health, mental resilience, emotional processing, and spiritual connection—creating what became The Empowr Method.
Today, I use these same tools to guide others from merely surviving to genuinely thriving. Your challenges may differ, but the path to authentic healing awaits.
