2. Your Statutory Rights
If you are a consumer based in the UK, you have certain statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing in this refund policy affects your statutory rights.
3. Cooling-Off Period
3.1 Digital Services and Products
For digital coaching services and products purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of purchase (the "cooling-off period") without giving any reason.
3.2 Early Performance of Services
If you have expressly agreed to our coaching services beginning during the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once the service has been fully performed. However, you will retain the right to a pro-rata refund for any portions of the service not yet delivered.
4. Cancellation of Coaching Sessions
4.1 Individual Session Cancellation

Less than 24 hours notice: No refund, session fee forfeited
4.2 Package Cancellation
For coaching packages or programmes:

Cancellation before the first session: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee

Cancellation after the first session: Pro-rata refund for unused sessions minus a 15% administrative fee

Cancellation after 50% of sessions completed: No refund for remaining sessions
5. Dissatisfaction with Services
5.1 Quality Guarantee
We strive to provide the highest quality coaching services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our coaching for legitimate reasons:

First session dissatisfaction: Full refund if requested within 7 days of the first session

Ongoing programme dissatisfaction: Case-by-case evaluation with potential partial refund for incomplete portions
5.2 Process for Quality Claims

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other exceptional situations, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution, which may include rescheduling or partial refunds outside our standard policy.
